Boxwood strung stained Mahogany and inlaid

Made in Regency style circa 1890-1900

PROVENANCE

Possibly the chair acquired from Colefax & Fowler, 'An antique Hepplewhite carved Berger upholstered in yellow velvet' for £125,

30th September 1949 (Laurence Olivier Archive, The British Library, London, Add MS 79839
