Wilhelm Menzler
Biography
Wilhelm Menzler was a painter of portraits, genre scenes and of flowers. Born in Kassel, Northern Germany, on 28 March 1846 Menzler died in 1926. Active in Munich he studied with van Lerins and went on to exhibit in Vienna from 1891. Menzler’s works can be found in museums and galleries in Budapest and in Sydney.
