Walter Duncan
Biography
Walter Duncan was a London painter and water colourist and who was the son of Edward Duncan. He exhibited prolifically at the old watercolour society and also the Royal Academy, Suffolk Street, New watercolour society, Grosvenor gallery and the New gallery. His subjects were mostly coastal scenes and seascapes
