Thomas Kent Pelham
Biography
Thomas Kent Pelham was a London genre painter.
He exhibited between 1860 and 1891. At the Royal Academy from 1863 until 1891, British Institute, Suffolk Street and elsewhere.
Titles at the Royal Academy included “Domestic Beauties” 1864, “A Cornish Mussel-gatherer” 1874 and “A Serious Question” 1886.
Cardiff Museum and Art Gallery hold the painting “Basque Fisherman” by the artist.
