Biography
Robert Ernest Roe was a painter of coastal subjects and who was probably the son of Robert Henry Roe. Robert Ernest exhibited four works at Suffolk Street including “Scarborough Castle” and “Stone Point, Walton-on-Naze”. He was listed as having addresses in London and Cambridge
