Publio De Tommasi
Biography
Publio de Tommasi was a painter of genre subjects.
He was born in Rome in 1849. Tommasi studied at the School of Art in Rome and exhibited in Milan (1881), Rome (1883) and Turin (1884). He was appointed professor at l'Ecole Municipale d'Art in Rome.
Examples of Tommasi’s work can be seen in museums and art galleries world-wide, including Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
