George Hepper
Biography
George Hepper exhibited three works at the British Institution from 1866 to 1867. These were “Uncle Charlie’s Favourites”, Aunt Peggie’s Pets” and “The Old Coachman”.
Hepper also exhibited two works at Suffolk Street in 1866 and 1868. He is listed as having a London address.
