Friedrich Ritter von Malhem Friedlander
Biography
Friedrich Ritter von Malheim Friedländer was an Austrian genre painter.
He was born in Kohljanowitz on the 10th of January 1825. Friederich was schooled under Waldmuller at the Vienna Academy. Later he visited Paris and Italy where he regularly exhibited his work.
In 1889 he became and member of the Vienna Academy. The Vienna Museum hold the work “Invalides a la cantine”.
