Frederick Richard Say
Biography
This 19th Century artist specialised in painting portraits. He was the son of William Say, an engraver. Amongst his sitters were:- “Earl Grey”, “The Duke of Saxe-Coburg”, “Gother” as well as “The Prince Albert”. Say exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1862-1854 and also at the British Institution and Suffolk Street.
