William Kay Blacklock
Biography
William Kay Blacklock was a painter in oils and watercolours of both landscape and genre subjects. His work was exhibited at the Royal Academy 1897 – 1918.
He was born at Sunderland and studied art at the Royal College of Art.
His addresses include Sunderland, London (School of Art and Royal Institution), Edinburgh 1902-1906, Walberswick, Suffolk , St. Ives and Huntingdonshire. In 1922 he is recorded as living at Leicester.
